Classes are based on full body circuits. Using machines, cables, free weights and bodyweight exercises to condition the body.

Circuits are different for each day to give variety and balance to your workout. Circuit rotation changes completely every 4 weeks

All levels of fitness and abilities

All classes are 45 minutes long
